"Bust of the deputy Charles Goniaux", bronze with brown patina, green marble base, signed, Rouard founder (H : 62 cm, L : 40 cm) (accident and small lacks to the marble, light oxidations) Charles Goniaux (1872-1960) was a miner, president of the union of miners of the North from 1900 to 1926, he was elected city councilor of Douai in 1904 under the mandate of Léon Escoffier and then was elected deputy of the North in 1906.
